Booking Guarantee :
For normal season Credit Card Number with a statement letter acceptable as guarantee but during High Season full prepayment is required and must be received by hotel 30 days before the arrival date. Prepayment been made will not refundable.
Payment System :
Payment will be collected upon check-in at Hotel except for High Season period that
payment must be done as stated above.
Cancellation Policy :
Notice of cancellation should be received by hotel 7 days prior to arrival date otherwise one night cancellation fee is applied. During High Season period no cancellation received after full prepayment made.
No Show Policy
In the event of no show, a one night no-show fee is applied except for high season period will be charged in full.
